• Shift confirmations: "Your shift tomorrow at 9:00 AM has been confirmed."
• Open-shift alerts: "Open shift Thu 4/18 2-10 PM at KJ's Market. Reply CLAIM to take it."
• Help / stop: "Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."
